Presentation Instruction

Oral Presentation

You are strongly encouraged to come to the room 10 minutes before the session begins and give your presentation file to the staff. The rooms will be equipped with a computer, LCD projector, screen, microphone, and pointer. If you require use of the overhead projector instead of the LCD projector, please let us know in advance. We recommend that you bring either PowerPoint or Adobe PDF presentation files in a USB memory or CD, which should be compatible with Microsoft Windows OS. You may also bring and use your own laptop computer for your presentation.

Poster Presentation

The panel size for poster presentation is of 900mm (width) x 1,200mm (height). We recommend that you prepare your poster presentation on either one sheet of A0 size (841mm x 1,189mm) or several sheets of A4 size.
