Poster Presentation

• The panel size for poster presentation is of 1.8m (width) x 2.1m (height).
• We recommend that you prepare your poster presentation on either two sheets of A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) or several sheets of A4 size.
• Thumbtacks will be supplied at the site.
• Please set up your poster before 15:00. The poster board will be available 14:00 on the day.
• Discussion Time is 15:30-17:00
• Please remove your poster by 17:30 on the day.
• Posters still on the board after the discussion time will be removed by the Secretariat.
